Does God of War Ragnarok run well on a PS4? Yes but with a couple of drawbacks. I tested on a regular PS4 I’ve had since launch, and it played smoothly at 1080p, 30 fps with no skips or stutters.

However, it will definitely give your PS4’s fan a workout. And dying in the game is extra painful because loading times are pretty long.

So there you have it, Ragnarok runs great on a PS4—just be prepared for a loud fan and some longer loading times.
