This might be the most chaotic shooter I’ve seen all year — and there’s a free demo on Steam right now.
It’s called Pixel Gun 2, and the hook is simple: every wall, every floor, every ceiling in the arena is fully destructible. The map reshapes itself around the fight. High ground disappears. Cover evaporates. Camping spots get deleted mid-match. And on top of that, you’re building your loadout on the fly — weapons, gadgets, armor, perks — so no two matches play the same.
It’s free to play with full cross-play between PC, iOS, and Android. One account, shared progression, play wherever.
Now — the demo has some rough edges. It’s early, and you can tell. But PvE, story content, characters, and more maps are all on the roadmap, and the core concept is genuinely interesting enough that this one’s worth keeping an eye on.
